FixWash Elite provides professional washing machine repair services in Dubai, UAE. Our services include:

• Diagnosis and repair of washing machine faults
• Replacement of faulty parts using genuine OEM components
• Preventative maintenance and cleaning services

All services are subject to availability and the condition of the appliance.

• Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or our online contact form.
• We aim to confirm all bookings within 15 minutes during business hours.
• Appointment times are estimates. We aim to arrive within the agreed time window.
• We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances.

• A diagnosis fee of AED 99 applies to all visits. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
• A fixed quote will be provided before any repair work begins.
• No additional charges will be applied without your prior approval.
• Payment is due upon completion of the repair.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

• All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour.
• The warranty covers the specific fault repaired only.
• The warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with, misused, or damaged by a third party after our repair.
• The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults that develop after the repair.

• We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the appliance.
• We are not responsible for data loss or damage caused by manufacturer defects.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

• You may cancel a booking at any time before the technician departs.
• If our technician has already arrived and a diagnosis has been completed, the AED 99 diagnosis fee is non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and reschedule at no extra cost.

• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content.
• We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
